The living area has an open space and combines family room, dining room, smoking room, and living room, while the former balcony is converted to bright interior enclosed spaces that takes full advantage of the exterior light and the city view with alternating gardens thus creating privacy for each space. Although the living room is completely open it is defined by a wooden structure that visually divides the space.
